Unless you are a vegetarian, I bet you are having a meaty meal each day when you are traveling. Miyakoyasai Kamo(都野菜賀茂) is a vegetarian buffet restaurant in Kyoto. It provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And for breakfast, it just costs ¥500 and you can enjoy the food as much as you want to. Grab the chance to take in more fiber!
Organic produce and healthy meal
Miyakoyasai Kamo(都野菜賀茂) is located in the heart of Kyoto. It aims to provide locally produced and organic vegetables. It guarantees to cook food in the most natural way without using any Artificial preservatives, seasonings, and colorings.
Various dishes
If you think you will be having just salads, then you’re wrong. There is so much more than I think and they taste SO GOOD.
For breakfast, not only do they provide salads, but also toast, congee, and drinks…….
Maybe it is because the ingredients are so fresh on their own. They just have to cook and season the food in a simple way and it tastes good enough! The veggies taste so fresh and hydrating. You don’t necessarily have to add salad dressing to eat them.

Very affordable price
Miyakoyasai Kamo(都野菜賀茂), Kyoto provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a different price. And it costs only 500YEN for breakfast!!
Quite a lot of local people and tourist come every day. I have visited their branch 四条烏丸店 for breakfast and 河原町店 for lunch. For 四条烏丸店, people start to line up before their operation time. If you wish to get into the restaurant right after they open. I suggest arriving 15 minutes earlier. For 河原町店, I don’t have to wait but there is less choice of the dishes of this branch.
In conclusion, Miyakoyasai Kamo(都野菜賀茂) is a really nice and affordable restaurant. If you are having the meaty meal all the time when you are traveling, remember to come and take in more fiber in the morning time~
